Your passport, your Emirates ID and visa, an honest work history, and two previous employers we may telephone.

An interview in person. It takes about an hour, and we will ask what you actually like doing, not only what you can do.

A listing that stays free. Families see your experience, your languages, what you cook and when you are available — and they see that Amanah checked all of it.

Messages only from households that hold a membership, which means the family contacting you has been verified too. You will always know who you are talking to.

Your documents are never shown to families. They are stored privately and seen only by our vetting team.

There is an optional badge, charged month by month, that lifts you above equally suitable candidates in search results. You can stop paying at any time and your listing stays exactly where it was.

It is optional. Your listing does not depend on it, families can find you and message you without it, and nobody at Amanah will ever tell you that paying is the way to get work.
