Live-out
She has her own accommodation and travels to your home for agreed hours.
Live-out suits homes without a maid's room and families who would rather have the house to themselves in the evening. It removes the boundary problem and introduces a commute.
The commute is not a detail. Somebody travelling ninety minutes each way arrives tired and eventually leaves, regardless of how good the rest of the arrangement is.
Why it matters
Ask where she actually lives and how long the journey takes in morning traffic — not in theory. Then decide who is paying for it.
